Annual Membership Meeting
Once again, it’s time to regroup and refocus on putting on another fun and amazing year.
And like last year, we’d like to send out an official invitation for all members to come to our place — Saturday February 4, at noon, for our usual potluck picnic, fire pit, football-themed games, and meeting.
We will order up some pizza from Lovettsville Pizza. Please bring a food item to share and your drink of choice.
We’ll review the budget, confirm our upcoming schedule, create a plan to find and recruit volunteers, and discuss program and rule changes we want to adopt.
Please bring your ideas and commitments for hosting events, if you’re interested in running one.
